I cannot begin to thank Rob enough for his kindness and compassion throughout the heartbreaking process of saying goodbye to our special boy Rocky. Rob came at short notice after Rocky took a sudden turn for the worse while battling lymphoma and explained the process very sensitively. He gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes and it was such a relief to have a calm, reassuring voice by our side to help us through such a difficult moment. We sadly lost our beloved 13-year-old springer spaniel Jelly, and will be forever grateful to Rob for getting here quickly when it was the right moment to say goodbye to our special girl. He was caring and understanding at such an overwhelmingly difficult time. Jelly was relaxed and it was such a relief to us that she went to sleep in her basket, in her own home where she was happiest, with us by her side. Rob came to our house today to send our beloved labradoodle over the rainbow bridge, it ended up an emergency situation and Rob was with us in less than half hour which we was so grateful for, we had never met Rob before but from the moment he stepped in our home he was so caring and compassionate towards us and Ozzy, he talked us through every step of the way in such an extremely heartbreaking time for us all, we will always be forever grateful to you Rob and would have no hesitation in recommending you to any pet owner. I'd been dreading making the decision to have my beautiful girl Molly put to sleep and the thought of taking her to our vet, who wouldn't let people in with their pets because of Covid, was just out of the question. Luckily I found Rob, who was kind and considerate from the word go and who would come to our home to put Molly to sleep where she felt safe and comfortable. We weren't rushed, had everything explained fully and when that heartbreaking time came, Rob was wonderful. I really don't know what we would have done without him. He made losing my best friend a little more tolerable and I knew Molly was in safe hands.
We knew the time had come for our beloved dog Libby to leave gradually going downhill over the last few weeks She was a good age 14.
